1.  Under no circumstances will this cat/kitten be sold, leased, lent or given to a shelter, pound pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility.

2. This cat/kitten will be kept indoors and not be allowed to roam outdoors. Cat/kitten is not to be housed in an enclosure, run or cage, indoors or outdoors. They may be allowed in

    a secure, outdoor recreational enclosure designed and constructed to ensure the cat/kitten’s safety and health. NO EXCEPTIONS!

3. This cat/kitten is purchased as a:   Pet __________   Show __________.

4. Seller agrees to provide pedigree and TICA registration papers for this cat/kitten. Purchaser agrees to alter this cat/kitten between the ages of six (6) months to eight (8)

    months  of age, or within thirty (30) days of purchase if this is an adult cat, and agrees and guarantees that this cat/kitten will not be used for stud or breeding. If Purchaser

    refuses to alter cat/kitten and breeds said animal, Seller will sue for rescission of contract and Purchaser will turn over cat, all offspring and any income derived from selling

    the kittens.  If this cat/kitten is sold as a pet, registration papers will be provided upon presentation of a veterinarian’s certificate of castration/spaying.

5. If Purchaser is unable to care for the cat/kitten for any reason, Seller must be notified and approve of Purchaser’s arrangements for said cat/kitten before any course of action

    is taken. If Purchaser transfers ownership of cat/kitten, seller must be informed of and approve transfer. Cat will be altered before leaving Purchaser’s home.

6. If this cat/kitten is found to be neglected or mistreated, Purchaser will surrender said cat/kitten to Seller, unconditionally.

7. Purchaser is not allowed to declaw cat/kitten. If behavior problem cannot be overcome, cat/kitten will return to Seller.

8. Seller will offer full refund or replacement of cat/kitten (seller’s decision) if Purchaser is not satisfied with personality or behavior of said cat/kitten within thirty (30) days

    of purchase.

9. Purchaser has five (5) working days to have blood test on this cat/kitten to prove health. Seller agrees to refund treatment cost up to purchase price, treat kitten or replace

    unhealthy kitten within 5 days of purchase.

10. Seller ensures that the cat/kitten is free of disease or illness when it leaves the breeder’s home. Seller makes no further guarantees as to the health, or show ability of this cat/kitten, except as follows:________________________________________________________________________________

11.  Vaccines and treatments used: Rhinotracheitis, Calici, Panleukopenia (Fort Dodge killed virus). Administration of FIP vaccine or non-prescription topical flea treatments will null and void all health guarantees.

12. This cat/kitten is being fed dry food: Kittens - Kitten Chow; Eukanuba Kitten. Adult - Sience Diet; Eukanuba. Foods high in ash or magnesium content are not recommended as they can cause problems such as FUS. We recommend Cat/Kitten Attract Litter.

14. All monies (U.S. funds) for cat/kitten and expenses will be paid in full before cat/kitten leaves the Seller’s home. If cat/kitten is returned to Seller for any reason, Buyer is responsible for any expense to return cat/kitten.

15. Any legal matters will take place local for Seller. Seller reserves the right to void contract/sale anytime before kitten leaves seller’s home.
